Raiders or bust.
INDUSTRY, Calif. (AP) -- The city of Industry's planning commission has approved a proposal for a football stadium intended to lure an NFL team back to the Los Angeles area.
The action on Thursday is the latest step in the approval process for the $800 million venue in the industrial and warehousing city 15 miles east of Los Angeles.
Officials with developer Majestic Real Estate Co. have said they'll begin contacting NFL teams about a possible move if the City Council gives final approval to the plan on Feb. 26.
Majestic intends to pay for the stadium with private funds and start construction as soon as a team has committed to playing there.
Neighboring cities concerned about traffic and noise have threatened lawsuits to stop the stadium.

Nice. Go to the game and then get a couch dance after.
They'll screw it up. Nothing will come of this.
Of course. Lawsuits, environmental groups, citizens groups will never let it get built. Kind of like toll roads in San Antonio.
Definitely a seedy part of Los Angeles.
I thought this movie was pretty good.

Ladies and gentlemen your 2011 LA Seahawks.
Uh, no, they just got a new crib and are contractually locked in for a couple of decades. Seattle lost the Sonics over this, so expect blood and contract hits if they try. Try these on for size:
Ladies and gentlemen your 2011 LA Saints.
Ladies and gentlemen your 2011 LA Jaguars.
Ladies and gentlemen your 2011 LA Chargers, back at last.
It's gonna be the Jags or Raiders. Jags have the worst owner in the NFL and the Raiders have the second worst.
very unfair to the other cities and states
cal does not deserve another team
la had their chances and FAILED
LA IS FOR LOSERS
Al Davis left because he wanted a new stadium. Name another city without a team that would earn the NFL as much money.
As much as I want a team in La, it's not gonna happen.
