Yo wats up Adam! lol. I'm watchin it too.
I don't think Pop even plays golf
If Manu is out for the season and the Spurs didn't trade for anyone, I'm drinking copious amounts of alcohol.
Copious.
i don't want to![]()
I have sources.
going to lunch guys.

I'm going straight for the grain alcohol.
Sip the syzzurp
There should be a Drown Your Sorrows GTG if that comes to pass.
That would be the day leading up to Game 7 of the 2005 NBA Finals.
Usually, yeah. This is one thing that makes me kind of hopeful; the only reason I can see for not specifiying the time is if a trade is in the works, and they think they might need an extension on the deadline to carry it through. (Yes, this can happen provided the NBA is notified that a deal is in progress prior to the deadline...). The Spurs would then be waiting until the details had been ironed out. If the press conference was solely about an injury/other issue, I can't see the time being unspecified.
Please, basketball gods, let us see this man in action once more within the next two months.
Is it sure that there will have a press conference ?
Lol whats up Chris. Having fun being a Spurs fan today? Lol![]()
Why is everyone acting like this?
I doubt anyone knows what it is about. Unless one of you knows Pop then we'll have to wait and see.
In other news:
Marc Stein: Looks like we have a fairly significant three-way deal that has been submitted to the league just before the trade deadline.
NBA front-office sources tell ESPN.com that Orlando is acquiring Rafer Alston from Houston to fill the void created at point guard by Jameer Nelson's shoulder injury.
The Rockets will receive Memphis guard Kyle Lowry, Orlando forward Brian Cook and perhaps two other minimum-salaried players to make the finances work.
The Grizzlies will receive a first-round pick from Orlando.

I will let you all know what we did later today. Stay tuned.
Read this in a new light."The doctors have done all the testing they want to do, so that's done. They're getting together as we speak, trying to evaluate what does that mean and what are we going to do. We'll have the answer to that by game time."![]()
can someone update the trades happening past the deadline? i cant watch espn here
Could it be that the Spurs thought they had something done and told the media to be ready in the event they finalized it?
I'm trying to stay optimistic.
me too![]()
I'm sure if you knew more you would tell us right? You wouldn't leave us hanging like that would you?
I have already started. Waiting is really wrecking my nerves.![]()
NO man. This is the weirdest/most frustrating trading deadline ever. Not only because of the need for a trade, but because of the Manu mystery.
