It's got nothing to do with that. I think the Spurs fans here are really good about welcoming anyone who wants to talk seriously about basketball. It's one of the truly great things about SpursTalk. But this kind of is a waste of good hard drive space.

I had a set of Binoculars at the Mavs Spurs game last week and I had the pleasure of watching Mr. Cuban sulk behind the bench for 48 minutes.

His walk of shame back to the lockerroom after the game was just priceless.

Most of the Mav players (outside of nut puncher) seem OK I guess. But Cuban is such a monumental A-Hole. It's hard to root for a team that has a turd like him as the "Face of the Franchise". Make no mistake, Cuban makes sure that he is always front and center.

Jerry Jones is a bit of a rube, but at least he doesn't have the evil-psycho streak in him that cuban has.

If you come to a forum named SpursTalk, claiming that the Mavs are a better team, or that Dirk Nitwitzki is better than Tim Duncan, I think mentioning the 4 rings is a pretty reasonable response. You can't say that Cuban failed to spend the money for good players to surround Dirky. That makes the Mavs failure to win a championship pretty con uous.

That being said, I personally object to anyone calling you " got", and I apologize on their behalf. I would much prefer that they go with something like sucker. Or round-mouth. Or maybe even butt-pirate. But not got. That's just wrong.

Seriously though..come on. Dude comes in here and says you have a better team after we torched you guys without two of our 3 best players. We beat you regularly, and continue to win les while you don't, and you actually think he's right? I know you're a fan, but seriously...anyone with a normal IQ would say that the Spurs are the better team. And when you say they're not, it would be OBVIOUS for us to bring up the championships. That's how you prove who the better team is. So don't get jealous and don't hate because we have them, but don't expect us to pretend our team hasn't won them, and get angry when we bring it up. That's just the green eyed monster sneaking up and biting you in the ass.
