I agree with this and I also think that the bigger problem is Romo and his lack of leadership skills and his tendency to choke in big games. I think the choking can be taken care of but it's very hard for someone to "learn" to be a leader. Usually people are born with leadership skills. It will be very hard for a QB that has been pampered his whole time as a starter to just flip a switch and turn into a leader.
