I was wathing that today and was in disbelief. How could he fall off so fast? ing injuries, o well screw his "Its all on me" ass
Is very tragic. Once a prolific scorer, winning a couple of scoring les, only never to have made it out of the first round. It was only a couple of years ago that we saw this mcgrady:

Now only to see this Mcgrady:
As much as I have ragged on him, I really hope that he gets back to his old self, and ACTUALLY rehab this time. I don't think that he will be back with the rockets next year, but time will tell.![]()

Oh well, Tmac will be valuable to this team again when his salary comes off the books and we can add another superstar while still having a crazy good core. Gogogog Bosh or J.Johnson. God I love Morey.
::yawn::
shoulda, coulda, didn't
It's the most ironic thread I've ever seen... the murderers send condolences to the victim![]()
Personally I don't like those tmac-type of players that always get injuried mentally or physically and perform like females, but I still have to admit it is a big tragedy for the whole league to lose a talented scorer like tmac.
tmac should have been OK if he hadn't been unfortunately traded to houston in 04, at least tmac could have prolonged his career for one or two more years. Tmac used to suffer a vaviety of injuries when he was playing in orlando but those injuries were not as terrible to tomb his career. Injury is inevitable to every professional athlete, but today's medical techs can heal them perfectly and let them come back to the games they love. Being the 4th largest city of the states, Houston rationally also has good medical care that is not less developed than NY's or LA's.
However developed the medical care is, the players still need time to recover from their injuries, as the old words tell us: "Time is the best cure". Tmac's tragedy doesn't result from the injury but the idiotic fans that always force him to play games with a bad injury. tmac's injuries could have been 100% cured if those fans hadn't tortured him. but the life isn't always ideal... tmac's injuries always get aggravated everytime he is forced to play games. The only thing known to those rockets fans is just to blame tracy for whatever failure the rockets have got, but those rockets fans always pretend to be blind when yao sucks.
Rockets fans used to be the most professional bball fans in 90s, with the supports from the great fans the rockets team achieved a great success in winning two straight championships which are even more valuable than spurs' four IMHO. But the purity of the rockets fans has been widely doubted since yao joined the league in 02.
Besides yao's parents and his girlfriend, many other idiots also followed yao's steps to our league. In the sights of those idiots, Yao is always the truth so the failurs and can only be attributed to tmac.
He and Kobe were my Fav players, they were very similar but T-Mac had the potential to be much better than Kobe but i guess his injuries and work Ethics didnt didnt let him
What's really ironic is had he established a better work ethic he may not have been so injury prone.
can't say i disagree with anything you said. He has gotten way too much unfair criticism, he sacrificed a lot of his game when he first came to houston for Yao
He never did the Rehab, he might still be playing if he listened to the fricken doctors.
I hope he learned his lesson and is doing the rehab, he could be back by training camp, his area of microfracture was tiny, and on a non-weight bearing area....most NBA players play through it and strengthen the muscle around it......but Tmac didn't want to do that, so he went with the elective microfracture surgery to eliminate any pain.....
It is his choice, I just hope he sticks to the game plan now.
