it's sad that there are still those who hate on Scola. They made up reasons to hate on him, and after every one was destroyed and exposed as bull they continue to invent new ones.
Scola's trade was the first domino in the end of the Spurs as true contenders. The Spurs weren't talented enough or wealthy enough to burn tax dollars to be turning their backs on legit talent. It was hubris that caused them to screw themselves over.
You ing idiot more European players fail than suceed in the NBA, that's a fact. For every Scola I can name 20 other pieces of (Spanoulis) that just couldn't hack it.
Scola didn't suck against the Spurs in the last game.
The Spurs doubled him when he got the ball because Bonner isn't good enough to cover him straight up and forced the ball out of his hands. Then late in the game he scored because Bonner couldn't even cover him without the ball.
But s/he wasn't talking ; it was a statement of fact.
