agreedJazz has suffered lots of injuries this season but sloan still managed to keep his team afloat, and is also very likely to make his team appear in the playoffs for the 3rd straight time after the past two years. and even the result will be the same if they still get rockets as their opponents in the first round.
It's like everyone has forgotten of the mul ude of injuries the Spurs have had to put up with.
Rockets have been injury plagued for half a decade, the other half they just plain sucked. To be quite honest, I don't know why I expected the rockets to get far in playoffs from 2004-2007
With scrubs on the team such as Moochie Norris, Jim Jackson, Scott Padgett, Ryan Bowen, Bostjan Nachbar, Bob Sura-who was actually decent, David Wesley, Kelvin Cato, of a supporting Cast.
I completely forgot about Sloan. He has done an even more remarkable job than Adelman. I'd like to take my vote back and revote for Sloan. Got to hand it to that Man, he is a damn good coach. Love you Pop and would not want anyone else for the Spurs, but my hats off to Sloan.
Thank in god Mike D'antoni isn't even a candidate anymore.
It's too early to say, it'll depend on the final standings. Spoelstra should be in the poll. Sloan, Brown, Van Gundy, Adelman and him are my favourites.
It's close between Pop and Adelman. I side with Pop because of the new players he worked into their system so quickly and all the injuries he had to deal with, but Adelman deserves it almost as much.

I'd like to see Stan Van Gundy win it.
Coach of the year should be based on ability and merit. While I like Adleman I cannot stand his in game subs ution patterns or adjustments. Therefore, I would give Phil Jackson coach of the year honors. If by some miracle Adleman beats Phil and wins it all, ok, then I would begrudgingly give it to RA.
My vote goes to Pop for keeping it together during Manu's absense. Rick Analman makes some dumb decisions with the rotations when we're getting our asses kicked so he doesn't deserve any mention.
Van Gundy. Orlando lose their best player and keep on chugging along at the top.
