    OJ Mayo and Derrick Rose on the other hand do have the talent to be franchise players. I'm not saying they will become that, but they have that ceiling.

    This is a comparison between OJ Mayo, Rose, Randolph.

    It's like trying to talk about Duncan/Kobe & Joe Johnson. Joe Johnson is good but he should never be mentioned with Duncan & Kobe.

    Randolph will stay as a roleplayer. Rose & Mayo will be stars and possibly even Superstars.
