Me too. I like these guys a lot.

the Blazers. In my opinion Bowen should've been in there more, and Gooden should've been in there more. Oh well, next game. Besides the Blazers and Rockets have harder schedules than us the rest of the way. We will end up 3rd.
Seriously though if Tim is hurting why play him any longer. All we would be doing is prolonging the inevitable. Ride TP and the young kids as far as you can go and that's it. Rest TD and look to develop the rooks and the new players, the playoff expierience these young kids get could help in the future.
Whats with all this tank the season talk. that you root for your team good or bad Until the seasons over. Forget this loss and come back friday come on team.
I'd love to see them play the Lakers...with Oden in the middle, they can beat the Lakers...seriously!
Man this is kind of depressing.
Bruce Bowen is key. And theu need to yank Bonner from the starting 5
This season is pretty much done, but next year looks promising - lots of youth coming in, a good mix of vets, 3 2nd rounders, and then max capspace in 2010.
The concern is health - is this the start of the end for Tim? Tendonosis is degenerative, so it might be. And is manu ever going to be healthy for a long stretch again? on that I say yes - a long off-season of rest will do him wonders, and this year he'll have May-October.
Blazers have the Lakers, Clippers, Thunder, and Nuggets left.
Spurs have Jazz, Kings, Warriors, and Hornets.
Rockets have Kings, Warriors, Hornets, and Mavs left.
I still see us ending up 3rd.
Can't wait for Pop to enlighten us why MW was picked over MH. Hope somehow he is sure Hairston will be in training camp, but idk. And that Bowen is the only SF left next season, that was a Spur all 82 games.
There's nothing wrong with recognising that the season is pretty much over. Injuries and chemistry have screwed us, what can you do?
I'll still be cheering to the end though, because that's what a real fan does. if they were 20-55 I'd still be cheering.
if they shot like they did tonight they would be undefeated the entire season, they made every ing contested shot, plus their defense shut everyone down.
We stopped hitting all our jumpers and Timmy was in too much pain to keep playing... game.
GREAT WIN! The Spurs were hurting big time without Ginobili and a hobbled Duncan so we had to have this one. Friday night's going to be a WAR against the Lakers!
I've switched to the NO vs Suns game, and Melvin Ely has shaved his head... looks very funny!![]()
Yes, yes it is.
I really really really hope I'm wrong but I don't see Malik, Williams and Gist helping next season.
Maybe Hill and Ian.
I'll just pray we have a healthy big 3 the whole season and get a good player, maybe Ariza with the MLE.
And no R.Wallace. He's done
You think Hairston will make it? I'm clinging to the thread of hope that Pop made sure Hairston would be in training camp come summer.
If I was Hairston and Houston, the Celtics, or the Cavs made an offer, I might give Pop a big FU for picking MW over me, and sign. And I could be wrong, but does MW look way too thin and small to be NBA material? I liked Hairstons raw power and tough defense, hope he comes back.
Good game for your boys Tlong. I will root for them should we be eliminated.
I agree. I like them (except against the Spurs). They're really going to be a good team in years to come......barring castrophic injuries and other maladies.
you guys are a lot better than the spurs without Timmy and manu! congratulations!
