Damn Gooden's out...would've loved to see him get a 20-20 game.
same here, it was looking like a strong possibility.

I love that sound......nothing is as pure in sports as the sound of swish.......only thing close is the sound of perfect connection between bat and ball, knocking that sucker out of the stadium.

I know I put this in the other thread, but it works here too.

As long as the guy keeps shooting around 50%, and gets to the line nearly as often as Duncan on a per-36 basis, I'd let him shoot it 30 times per night.

Those trips to the line are something this team has needed desperately, too. Every one of those whistles is one that they can't use on Duncan. They help get the other teams into the penalty. Getting to the line is a way to crawl back into a game when you're struggling, and it can give you an opportunity to win a game late in the 4th, when you're behind.

Exactly what the do you guys want? A guy who can put points on the board without taking shots? Or maybe he should just defer to one of the guys we have shooting 70% from the floor
Indeed. Another player with some balls, scores in the paint and draws fouls, drawing heat off Timmy, and Spurs fans . But when the spurs live and die by 3 they . Spurs can't do nothing!!!!

This game by Hill should convince POP that he belongs in the regular rotation. The kid can defend and he can help a little in the offensive side.

I know it's garbage time, but Hill's making Pop look like an ass for benching him.

Same with Mason. Look how well he's been producing lately. Yet Pop couldn't find a way for him to play with Manu.

    Where are you from?
    Canberra, Australia.

    Feelings......nothing more than feelings.

dude, its an internet forum, why allow anyone u dont even know to get u so upset.....that is just silly.
True. Sometimes I'm a little too serious for my own good.

However, I do actually know quite a few people here - I have met them in my two trips to SA, and hung out with them on the net for 8 years. I count them as friends. I am not referring to any of them.

well, there's that lovely crunch sound when a quarterback gets driven into the turf by a linebacker.

I didn't even notice it was you, or I would have recognized the irony. Sorry... there's a whole thread on Gooden being a ball hog.

If Hill dunks he's in the doghouse for another month. Whereas if he bricks a few more 3s he's in for the playoffs... Follow the programme

Plus its not like Timmy or Tony are not getting their points. If anything, he's taking shots away from the Bonners and the Udokas out there...

I just wish he'd learn to pass out of doubles, and put some more effort into defense.

But yeah, it is nice to have another big who can create his own shot around the hole.
