Well, most people are watching the game where they dont have access to the computer. Or at a sportsbar, goombas, like you said.
and WHEN the spurs win tonight, the number is gonna set another record.
So, yes I was gone for about a week.. but i was on vacation.
Meanwhile, I'm back and I notice that viewership/attendance here has dropped. By alot.
It's 3 min. till game time and there are less than 200 people here.
1. Are there really that many bandwaggoners out there?
2. Is it this thin around town? (goombas, Champs, etc etc.. if you know)
3. If we win game 5.. how high will that # jump afterwards?

I doubt the viewership has anything to do with bandwagon fans. I find 218 fans at 4 in the afternoon between series.......
Most are on the TV watching pre-game info...

I'm on SpursTalk, watching the pre-game, and cooking some callbaza con pollo.
The most people online are AFTER the games, not during.
After Game 4, there were 500 people online.

I prob. shouldn't have mentioned how close it was to game time.. my bad.
But I've been on and off (mostly on) all day.... and it's been empty.
After Game4, there were 10 minutes where I got "connection refused".
There have been large numbers of people during the day.
LOTS of Detroit trolls and assholes with no board of their own.
i just got home a minute ago. i had to listen to the first half in the car.
don't worry, if we win, everyone will be here to gloat. if we lose, then you'll see that THE SKY IS FALLING ... we need to fire pop, trade duncan, kill parker, etc.
