I thought Kwame Brown was gonna kiss that dude at the half.
Please continue not even attempting to go after rebounds.
I think we all knew CLE was going to win this series, but it's laughably pathetic to see ANY playoff team just not even try.
I thought Kwame Brown was gonna kiss that dude at the half.
Do any of you guys think Lebron's going to Detroit in 2010? After seeing this, I think he puts Detroit in his "just in case no one wants to offer me max contract" list.
I don't know why anyone going to this series think it would take more than 5 games. Maybe you were just hoping for teams to rough up CLE before they reach the finals. Not that it matters, as BOS proved last year that your can win the le after playing like 100 playoff games.
C'mon Cle! 2 more wins, and I get some serious Vcash
People are probably used to the Pistons to put up a better fight. They did go to the WCF for like I think 5 straight years.
Detroit looks like the 2004 Lakers team that was in the NBA Finals...they are just going through the motions and actually quitting out there.
I blame Allen Iverson. Billups had this team in the ECF for 5-6 straight years....Iverson comes and they back into the playoffs and then take it backdoor by the Cavs.
Billups wasn't going to be playing this good in Detroit. He went to Denver with a chip on his shoulder, and clearly has stepped his game up since then.
This has Joe Dumars written all over
I don't recall seeing a GM putting a championship team together and then dismantling it in such a short amount of time
Naw, Billups is just a better PG than Iverson ever could be. Billups gave up on the Pistons. He gave up on May 7, 2006.

Billups was recently spotted in Denver, after a 3 year absence from the NBA playoffs.
Larry Brown is rolling over in his grave. I mean Charlotte
The Lakers have a good shot at a le this year
The 2004 skull ing was 5 years ago
Get over it![]()
I can't believe this is a Detroit team.
Somebody, anybody, grab a damn rebound. Box out. Cover players. Basic basketball .
and people wonder I wanted them to miss the playoffs....atleast the Bobcats would have put up a fight.
I'm LMAO too, but I wouldn't be if the Cubs weren't on and I had to actually keep watching this storm of a team.
Let him. I am glad this sub-par Pistons team was the one to effectively put him in his playoff grave. Such an over-rated coach...
espn is going to praise Lebron so much after this game is over.
I am sure they are getting wet just thinking about it. I can only imagine the ESPN hype machine burning out if the Cavs make the Finals. Here is hoping Orlando's 3-1 record vs the Cavs is no fluke.
And why shouldn't they? Whether DET is trying or not, he's tearing them apart. And that windmill was pretty cool.
What would you prefer, extended coverage of the off night DAL/SAS series?
At some point people are going to have to deal with the fact that superstars exist, because I don't think it's changing any time soon.
It sucks but it's not unexpected.
The Pistons haven't been a championship team for the last three seasons. This has Joe Dumars written all over
I don't recall seeing a GM putting a championship team together and then dismantling it in such a short amount of time
That's not a short amount of time.
Praising a game that Cleveland's supposed to win? I would be surprised if this got the same amount of airtime as the Rockets/Blazers or Lakers/Jazz. Also, this has nothing to do with DAL/SAS.
Hey, he's The King. And if Kobe rips the throat out of Utah tonight, I'm sure they'll talk about that too. But you're right, doesn't have to do with SAS. Sorry.
