They need to stop being the Butt- ing Spurs and start playing like the 4-time NBA Champion San Antonio Spurs
Parker and Duncan need to get going just as much as we need Finley and Bonner to hit a few shots.
Need another team effort on the boards like in game 2. Defense needs to pick up too. It would be nice to see Bowen replace Finley in the starting lineup.

Though some might be optimistic because obviously we will shoot much better in the second half....
I can easily see them get about half way thru the 3rd, have played horrible and down by 25 or so, then we tank it starters are permanents on bench by a few into the 4th. Still might end up losing by under 20 and shoot better but could very well play out like that.

Alright I just got home halfway through that second quarter and saw that our offense is anemic.
One question though. Why is everyone here giving up? This is not time to give up. The regular season was the regular season.
In the playoffs you never give up. You keep fighting until there is no time left on the clock. You leave it all out there. Right now to me it looks like the Spurs are simply not doing that and Pop is coach like a moron from what I saw when I got home during that second quarter. It is quite obvious that the Mavs went on big runs with Bonner on the court. That has to stop. If you have to bench Bonner for the rest of the series you do it.
Pop better not toss this one one and all the players need to man up and start playing harder and stop feeling sorry for themselves.
