Not Pops fault the players suck so bad tonight. He knew Finley and Bonner werent going to do great... but who expected everyone on the Spurs to suddenly play like the Clippers.
Pop definitely doesn't deserve any blame for this loss..
Without Manu and with Duncan's injury, this team has no margin of error..if Duncan is shooting poorly, and even if Gooden shoots poorly, we have a very good chance of losing these games..

Dallas didn't even have to play a good game. They just had to show up. We gave them this game on a silver platter.

Guys, we only have made 38 ing points! And, it hasn't been due to the Mav defense has much has it has been our poorly executed offense. They couldn't make a basket to save their lives.

Pop's partially to blame since he has a say in the front office. The FO should have developed a reliable bench(with players that can score) instead of relying on the same big three year after year. You don't win championships with crap like Bonner, Udoka, and Vaughn waiting on the sidelines. The worst thing the Spurs did was standing pat after the '07 championship.
Record for fewest points scored in a playoff game is 54. Can Spurs make it to 55?
My only consolation is how badly the Spurs got beat in games 3,4 @Auburn Hills in '05.
We lost this game early becuase the mavs adjusted from last game and we didn't. The match ups early on were complete garbage.

Without him, we would have just straight been blown out in game 7 losing by 40 points.
