Ok so yesterday I tapped out my first Victim. It was a thing of beauty. Started out with a sweep, and I I pulled side control right away. 10 seconds later I slapped on a Ezekiel Choke . It lasted about 15 to 20 seconds.
Sadly this probably ruins him financially...he lost so much money trying to run that promotion and I can't imagine xtreme couture is doing well in this economy ...especially in Vegas. Well she is getting what she was after...his money.

Thanks Evan, it was one of my coworkers. He has been in class for like 4 months and I have only been there for around 1 month. He hasnt tapped anyone out yet and said I would be his first, so I accepted his challenge and said he would be mine. Everyone at work knew about our match and there has been a lot of trash talking so today was a good morning for me hahaha.

Just an exhibition...a non-event as expected. Anybody that even mentions this as "see there, Fedor won't fight the top guys" material is a re ...
Fedor was basically playing with Aoki. He allowed him to get sub attempts like a flying armbar, a leg lock attempt, and even takedowns like the double leg and a nice seoi-nage.
Watching it though, you could very much tell that Fedor was allowing Aoki live and catch stuff for the sake of the fans. It didn’t stop him from picking him up and slamming him all around the place though, locking up subs of his own before letting go to stand back up. There was one instance where Fedor pounded the ground with a huge fist, right next to Aoki’s head—kind of a sign that, “hey, I can stop this at any moment, kiddo.”
Both were all smiles all the way through the exhibition though, so I imagine they were having lots of fun.
Fedor has done Sambo demos during M-1 events before....he did one with his head coach at an event in Korea a couple years ago.
Fedor is so great, it is just 100% insane that he is not in the UFC, and i think sad that it probably is never happening..
He will be there eventually.

Yeah... I know that everybody's going to talk about what a nice guy Randy is and what an evil, money-hungry witch she is, but I'm going to go against public opinion here and state what should be obvious to everyone - if this is Randy's third divorce, it's likely the problem lies with him, not her.

Read randy's auto bio and you will like him a lot less...same with o and Hughes.
The only person that come off good from their bio's is Jens who you just have to love.

I totally agree with you. Randy's little contract debacle, with the UFC let a lot of people know he is not the sweetheart everyone believed him to be. Before he pulled that nonsense, everyone seemed to think it was just o that had a problem with his pay and was a prima donna. And yes 3 divorces for a guy not even 50 yet, is pretty bad. He's got some issues, he better not get married again, i tell ya that..

Ultimate Fighting Champion president Dana White and UFC fighters Forrest Griffin and Kenny Florian recently taped an episode of the "Dr. Phil" show.
The taped episode airs next Thursday, May 14. (Check local listings for details.)
A representative from the daytime talk show today told MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) the show will feature aspiring fighters who are practicing their craft in dangerous situations.
The UFC contingent will apparently caution viewers (and the would-be fighters) about how real-life mixed martial artists prepare and train safely for their bouts. It's also possible the trio will need to defend the sport to an audience likely to be unfamiliar with MMA.
White has previously appeared on the "Dr. Phil" show. Earlier this year, he was a special guest on the program and talked to a wife who was concerned about her husband's aspirations of becoming an MMA fighter. White shared some statistics from the sport's stellar safety record while also discussing the many precautions that are put in place to protect compe ors.

In reply to suggestions Chuck Liddell should retire after his April 18th loss to Mauricio "Shogun" Rua, John Hackleman explains his position to Sherdog:
“If Chuck was getting the s--t beat out of him by a bunch of nobodies and getting knocked unconscious all over the place, I would try to influence him to retire,” he continued. “But since I don’t see that –- Rashad was the only time I’ve seen him actually knocked unconscious –- if he really wants to still fight, and I think it’s in his heart, I don’t think anyone, including Dana, should take his livelihood and his love away.”
Dana White, however, disagrees:
"Obviously, John Hackleman didn’t pay his house off yet. John Hackleman needs some money, because anybody who claims they care about Chuck Liddell even a little bit would not be making these f--king statements," White told Sherdog.com Thursday.
