I think Quincy was underrated and unappreciated during his time as the Cowboys quarterback. Seriously, he was better than Drew Henson, Chad Hutchinson, Ryan Leaf, or Vinny Testaverde. If given a chance in the first two seasons, he would have been a better QB. The switching QB's really screwed up his confidence. His stats were almost identical to Testaverde's from Quincy's 2003 season to Vinny's 2004 season.
Depends on your definition of "prime". When he was young, he was one of the worst quarterbacks of all time. He was 33 when he had a pro bowl year with Baltimore and managed to be decent for the rest of his career. He was an interception machine until he went to Cleveland.
