What about that tech on J.R. Smith for being fired up after that three pointer on Vujacic.
...was such bull ...he wasn't taunting...he was just fired up...nothing different than any other player when they make a good play...if the league doesn't rescind that one, the NBA is ing rigged.
If they can do it for Kobe, they can do it for DH.

That was bull . Varejao tried to ing tackle him. If Dwight had just dunked on him and they called a tech for taunting, I can kind of understand. But there was no play on the ball whatsoever.
But to do what he did after a dangerous play by Varejao is perfectly fine. Varejao keeps trying to get Dwight to bite, I think he is doing a great job of not losing his head.
If what Dwight Howard did was a technical then Mo Williams should get a T for his celebration everytime he makes a shot.
Have to agree here, even though the emotion was more understandable in this case than J.R. Smith flying off the handle. You have to be consistent with the taunting techs, and had Dwight looked anywhere else he wouldn't have gotten hit wit hthe tech.
Cavs are done.
But Dwight just needs to save his last technical for Game 7 or a couple games later and I'll be happy.
Damn, the NBA has gotten soft with that "7 techs" BS. Techs already result in uncontested scoring opportunities as is and if a guy is a problem 2 will get him tossed anyway, which if he is a problem will be more than likely.
Howard will get a technical in game 5 and be suspended for game 6. If the Cavs win game 5 and Howard is suspended for game 6, there could be a game 7.

If Howard gets 2 technicals in game 5, that would bring his total to 8. Would he get suspended for 2 games or 1 game?
Only 1 game. On tech #9, #11, #13, etc he gets another game suspension.

Yeah, I think that 7 Tech total is BS. I guess $500 each wasn't enough a deterrent so the NBA decided to start the suspensions.
Hope he just keeps smiling and letting stuff roll off his back. Flopajao will stop at nothing to extend the season.
