If you are referring to the last play on Howard, you must really just hate the Cavs and not have a partial bone in your body. First, he pulled Anderson into him, and held onto him, and Second, do you want a game ending with .5 seconds left on a call that could have gone either way? I mean I know YOU do, but the league doesn't. The Cavs got screwed out of a Cav in Indiana over a call like that, it shouldn't happen like that in the Playoffs.
I was hoping someone else with a reasonable head saw that. I went back and looked at it several times on DVR, and Anderson didn't do a single thing meriting a foul. IF a foul was to be merited, it should have gone against Dwight. A no call was perfect in that situation.

Mike Brown is failing at defense.

The correct strategy is the one the Spurs always used with invariable success on Phoenix -- DON'T GIVE UP THE 3!!!! Cleveland has some tremendous individual defenders -- James, West, and Varejao among them -- but their strategy is totally wrong against Orlando, and for Brown not to have made an adjustment four games in betrays the true nature of the "Coach of the Year" award -- it simply goes to the coach of the team that most exceeded expectations, regardless of whether he really did the best coaching job.

It is impressive that LeBron James won 66 games on a team that would have been in the lottery without him. But a team's weaknesses are exposed in the playoffs, and Cleveland has a ton of them.

By the way, has there ever been a more certain prediction in the history of civilization than Dwight Howard getting a technical foul called on him tomorrow night if he so much as sneezes?

He did something to merit the foul….. that er flops ridiculously all the time…. Refs are getting tired of that obviously…. sooner or later that’ll work against you…..

Now … what’s even funnier is cavs fans … and bandwagon pseudo fans complaining about the officiating when lequeen does whatever she wants and gets away with all kinds, forms and shapes of BS calls.

Cavs wouldn't be a lottery team without LBJ - they'd still be in the playoffs.

I believe what this does is show how 1) overrated LBJ is - the guy is a good player, but has no faith in his team and allows them to crumble and 2) how terribly skewed the Eastern Conference is.

Lebron is probably worth about 30-34 wins.

Cavs would be a lottery team without him!

All I keep thinking during this series is WHY Mike Brown doesn't apply the Spurs strategy to defending the Suns. It's costing them the series moreso than the ty offensive output by the scrubs.

    1) Would you have faith in those PoS players?

    2) East has 3 of the top 4 teams in the league, try again.

That made no sense whatsoever in relation to my post. That had nothing to do with that particular play. It was a no-call play, which was the right call at the time.

I liked the no-call on Varejao to end regulation. That's too tough a call to make to decide the game. But, the flipside to that is that if the refs are going to let them play, then LeBron shouldn't have gotten free throws with 0.5 seconds left when he lowered his shoulder and slipped. That was a no call as well. There was contact, but it was definitely initiated by LeBron, like it usually is. Had LeBron not fallen, I don't think that call would have been made. But, I don't think it should have been made anyway. Good no call on Varejao. Should have been a no call on Pietrus the play before.

The Cavs are also losing because they disrespected the Magic.

They bought into their hype that they were the best thing since sliced bread. Everyone on that team is guilty of being over confident because of the way they trashed ATL and DET.

When a player on the Cavs is saying that he doesn't think the other team can beat them 4 times, he simply doesn't know what playoff basketball is about. Nobody on that team knows what it takes to win, not even Lebron. At least not yet.

    And you're a Mavs fan.

That trumps any insult I could call you, period.

If you seriously think the Cavs are a lottery team without LBJ, you're a dumbass. They'd have another player on that team that would be able to average 15-20 points. Look at who made the ing playoffs in the East and then try to convince me they'd be lottery - cause it won't ing happen. The 76ers, Bulls and Hawks all made it. So could a LBJ-less Cavs.

Epic fail. You're an insult to Spurs fans.

Oh wow, one player that can MAYBE average 15-20 points as the #1 option. Who else is going to score points for them and create their offense? You might be the dumbest human being alive. I feel sorry for your parents.

76ers, Bulls, and Hawks all were solid teams too. Bulls nearly upset the Celtics, and the 76ers played the Magic pretty tough.

The Cavs just don't match up with the Magic.

The series isn't over though. They have 1 guaranteed home game they should win, they are capable of beating the Magic on the road if they play their game, and they can win another home game on the road. Nothing has really changed from 2 days ago, the Cavs need to win a road game. As much as the defense looks like crap, it does atleast appear to be better than in games 1 and 2, which leads me to think they can win 2 home games- they just need to get some production from Mo in a game 6 if it gets that far

if lebron had missed the game winning shot the other night the magic would be home today waiting for the nuggets. yes i said it. i'm still trying to find out what makes the cavs so good. i really don't see it past lebron. i think the '07 spurs could've beat this years cavs. maybe not a sweep, but we'd take the series. the cavs are done. they'll get tomorrow's game, maybe, and that's a big maybe. lebron's tired and the rest of the team is expecting the ring already. don't be like the mavs. earn your respect. don't demand it.

It took the Red Sox coming back from 3-0 to break their curse in 2004. The Cavs can do it to break Clevelands.

same can be said if Rashard doesn't make his 2, or Mo's goes in at the end of game 1
