Anybody who's into third-person shooter games should check out Drakes Fortune.It's probably the best game that shows off the PS3's graphical power.It's made by Naughty Dog, the same guys that made the Jak and Daxter/Ratchet and Clank series.

i pre ordered and paid for my LE fallout 3... im gonna try to put in some overtime with oblivio so i can beat it before it releases.
The main oblivion story takes about 12 hours to beat. Have you just got into Oblivion?
The guilds and the daedric quests are the most fun parts of Oblivion though.
i decided to become a master in all the guilds and before i got deeper into the main quest... ive put well over 150 hours into the game and im at the part in the main quest where you go to green emporer way at noon or some .
i got sidetracked a while because i actually finished the knights of the nine expansion when i was still a pretty low level.... so that ate up a lot of time id have used elsewhere.... still gotta go back and finish sheogoraths (sp?) quests.
I don't think injuries are taken into account on 2K/Live. It only updates stats and transactions, it doesn't control who you can/can't play as in the game.
The story isn't really all that, so take you're time. Man, Fallout 3 is gonna be epic.
I heard that with the new Madden update, Brady was put on the injured list, so I guess theres a chance they might pull the same crap. If anything, I hope they only apply that to online games.

Saints Row was a great and a flawed game at the same time. The graphics were beautiful (though the screen tearing was terrible), it had great lighting, the sound was good, the city was incredible, the side missions were a lot of fun, and the map screen with the GPS was a huge improvement from anything GTA ever did. However, the voice acting was terrible, the multiracial gangs seemed stupid and too PC, the music sucked, and every attempt they made at the sarcastic GTA humor, whether on billboards or on radio stations, was a spectacular failure.
2k9 will be released on the PC...yay or nay?

Lots of good stuff shown so far. God of War 3, APV, Final Fantasy 14, Crackdown 2, Project Natal, The Last Guardian, Splinter Cell, Alan Wake, Brutal Legend, MAG, Left 4 dead 2...plenty of other games I'm forgetting.
Okay guys. Since I all of the sudden can miraculously play role player games for whatever reason, the first game I want to buy is Grand Theft Auto. Which one is the best right now? (for the PS3 if that makes any difference)

technically, every game nowadays is an RPG, at least how RPGs were originally intended. A tabletop RPG can recreate just about every single game's environment, besides sports...
All gaming is comes down to assuming different roles in different universes.
