I better not hear enter sandman next week.....
4cc, he doth protest too much. When you're ready to come out of your American Idol closet and admit that you love it, we'll be here for you.
I better not hear enter sandman next week.....
It's down to Adam and Kris.
Should be interesting.
Go Adam.![]()
adams gonna get smoked i've had kris's back the whole way, hope he brings down the house on broadway boy.
It won't surprise me at all if Kris wins. He's got a Disney face and he's talented. Middle America will vote for him.
But I'm still pulling for Adam. I think he's the bigger talent.
this guy should take Adam on:
I don't think there's anything gayer than a man singing both parts of a duet and actively trying to sound like a female when he does the girl's part, except for maybe Adam Lambert.
Thats funny. Lambert and that guy would have lots of gay sex.
they'll be haveing a threesome (Lambert, the guy,...and they guy pretending to be a girl) LOL
Wow, Machine. That was the gayest video EVER.
that might turn lambert off.
Danny getting voted off is BS![]()
This looks like a good thread for the Indian Nipple Song
fine..screw the girl voice and just throw in Ryan Seacrest
Alright America: Glam or Disney?
Go Adam.![]()
Tough call. I think it depends on people's taste and mood. They're both good, but very different performers.
He looks like a rapist of the gays.
Lambert update:
The Idols were on Larry King, with Ryan Seacrest hosting.
Adam was asked by Brian May/Queen to do some dates with them. He said he'd love to, he's committed to the Idol tour and wasn't sure how it would work. But it sounded like he would appear with Queen at some point.
He does have a record contract, he said it would be pop/rock, and that he wants to do something 'different'.
He'll be great with them. It'll be a fun show.
Kudos to Adam. He'll fit right in with Queen.
Just some new news...
Allison, Kris & Adam have been signed.
And Surprise! Adam's Gay!http://hollywoodinsider.ew.com/2009/...ta+gets+signed!
Exclusive: 'American Idol' alum Allison Iraheta officially signed to 19/Jive

And the record deals for American Idol season 8 finalists continue to roll in at a quick clip. After champion Kris Allen's deal with 19/Jive and runner-up Adam Lambert's deal with 19/RCA were announced earlier this week, EW has exclusively learned that 19 Recordings has also signed fourth-place-finisher, rocker Allison Iraheta, and that her debut album will be licensed to Jive Records, like Allen's forthcoming disc. And just like the the albums from her two fellow alums, Iraheta's is anticipated for a fall release. (Talk about an Idol-rific autumn!)
All week long, Idol fan sites like mjsbigblog were abuzz with rumors of Iraheta's signing. The 17-year-old singer sounds like she's barely processing the news herself: “I think I’m still in shock that this is happening -- getting to record my first album and this whole awesome experience is a dream come true!” Allison said in a statement released to EW by 19 Recordings. (Excited? Check out PopWatch's exclusive "Rocker Signed" video!)
Notably absent from the recent spate of deal-making? That’d be polarizing third-place finisher, Danny Gokey. Says a rep at 19: "There’s nothing to report just yet."
He's got a story in this upcoming Rolling Stone. It's lengthy so I won't post the whole thing.. here's the link and the first page.
Adam Lambert in His Own Words: Sexuality, Kris Allen and Life After Idol
http://www.rollingstone.com/news/sto...ife_after_idol
It was the conversation he could only have with us.
"Right after the finale, I almost started talking about it to the reporters, but I thought, 'I'm going to wait for Rolling Stone, that will be cooler,' " Lambert said. His patience paid off with a cover story in our latest issue (check out exclusive video of his cover shoot), and here, in his own words, more from Vanessa Grigoriadis' conversation with Lambert — his true thoughts on his Idol experience, his future in music and why he refuses to hide his sexuality.
On why he auditioned for American Idol:
I looked at the music business, and realized it is nearly impossible to make it with the way it is right now. No one is going to take a chance with an artist who is somewhat out there. The only way you have a chance being looked at by a label right now is if you are what everyone else is. So I realized that I wouldn't be taken seriously as a recording artist unless I had a huge platform. I saw that and I knew that Idol was the only thing that would do it — if it worked.
On Kris Allen and Allison Iraheta:
[Kris Allen] has a good heart and a good spirit. He's so mellow, he's so kick-back. He and I have a lot of love with Allison Iraheta: It felt like this kind of sibling thing. Just good energy, the three of us together. Kris and I both got very protective of her. We encouraged her to pick up the guitar and take risks musically. It always felt very positive ... good karma, you know? Kris doesn't need any advice, clearly. Even though he's really kick-back, he's got a very strong sense of self in a non-aggressive, non-intense way. It's cool.
....
Adam was dumb. he needed to wait until his career needed a boost and then come out on the cover of Rolling Stone."Right after the finale, I almost started talking about it to the reporters, but I thought, 'I'm going to wait for Rolling Stone, that will be cooler,' " Lambert said. His patience paid off with a cover story in our latest issue
cause that totally worked for clay aiken
