Now that the Draft is over, the next big NBA thing will be summer leagues. There were so many good players in the draft (and even ones that didn't get drafted) that the summer leagues will probably be a lot more compe ive this season.
As far as I know, there are four major summer leagues this summer. Rosters have yet to be announced and more teams may still be added.

we are only in one league this year?
damn, need to at least get involved in one more summer league for our legions of players.
I was hoping the Spurs would be in Vegas (and consequently LJ and I would be in Vegas).
well there is still time to add that league, we participated there last year right?
I think Vegas is full (I think there's a 16 team maximum). Last season the Spurs participated in Long Beach and Salt Lake.
Has it been decided if Beno's going to play on the SL team or not?
I know the rule is that the Spurs don't have to sign Ian to a contract so long as he is still under contract with his French team, but is he able to play in a Spurs SL team without a contract?
Also, how quickly will the Spurs be able to negotiate a buyout with Tau Ceramica? Will they be able to do it early enough to get Scola involved on a summer league team?
I cannot wait.
RC said last night that Ian won't be playing in summer league.I know the rule is that the Spurs don't have to sign Ian to a contract so long as he is still under contract with his French team, but is he able to play in a Spurs SL team without a contract?
I believe they can't handle his buyout until after July 22 (I'm not positive) so I doubt he'd be in summer league. Also, how quickly will the Spurs be able to negotiate a buyout with Tau Ceramica? Will they be able to do it early enough to get Scola involved on a summer league team?
The moratorium period (where they can negotiate) begins July 1. They can't start signing players until after July 22.
Beno and Linton should both be on the SL team.
July 22 is my birthday![]()
The Blazers are favored to win it.
We should be. We'll have most of our regular season roster playing. I hope I can get down there for a game.
summer league is a fun time.
kori, do you know if noel is going to be playing for us this summer? or is everything unknown still as far as rosters and what not?
whats senegalese? is it like a team from sengal?
Can someone tell me which thread it was where someone had footage of SCOLA!!! I saw it earlier in the day but cannot find it, can you help out thanks y'all
We should scoop up some undrafted players like Gilchrist Morris Walsh and Banks. But especially Mindaugas Katelynas
I talk (or email) with Noel every day. So I know that he's going to be playing at both Las Vegas and Rocky Mt Revue .. but not for the Spurs.
Thanks for the update Kori. I'm real curious to see who is on our roster.

The Las Vegas venue has quickly become the premiere location for NBA summer league action, as its inaugural six-team event last season has blossomed into a 16-team compe ion this year.
Teams scheduled to appear in Vegas this summer include the Boston Celtics, Chicago Bulls, Cleveland Cavaliers, Dallas Mavericks, Denver Nuggets, Detroit Pistons, Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Clippers, New Jersey Nets, New Orleans Hornets, New York Knicks, Orlando Magic, Phoenix Suns, Portland Trail Blazers, Sacramento Kings and Washington Wizards.
It would be sweet to have the full load of teams there in the future. For a pre-season tournament of sorts. That would be prettty cool.
no one has answered my question.
whats senegalese?
