I wonder if the powers that be in Minnesota took into consideration the fact that Favre plays terribly in Domes and in fact has had some of his worst performances indoors. If not this could really be a disaster for the Vikings. We'll see.

Wow, you guys are seriously bashing the guy. Some of you who support Michael Vick, yet turn around and bash Favre for wanting to play again. Who cares. It's not his fault the ESPN guys will talk about this nonstop. It doesn't bother me one bit. It's something that is a hard decision to make. We all know that these athletes have huge egos, and they want to continue their career. I say let them. I don't care if he flip flops thousands of times, as long as he's able to continue to play the game at a high level. I don't care about his motives. If he's motivated to prove to the Packers they made a mistake, more power to him. As long as he does his job and does it effectively.

I don't know, but I'm pretty sure they took into account the QB's they have right now. According to reports I've read, neither one is performing well in practice. It might be to their concern about the Favre situation, or it might be because they don't have the skill set to be a starting NFL QB.
