They were trained in matters of housing forms and taxes. That knowledge assisted them in advising these "journalists" on illegal activities. ACORN didn't know anything about it. Accept it.

I don't think it's funny at all. Labor unions and community organizations have a long and colorful history of just such things.
No big deal here, man. There was no crimes committed. And Acorn didn't do anything wrong, even the people who work for Acorn really didn't do anything wrong. Man, that was legitimate, solid advice they gave...but, it wasn't Acorn that was giving that advice, even tho it was good advice...it was the employees of Acorn giving that advice.
