Yeah dude, you need to be the first one up in the middle of the night when that baby is crying. It sucks at first but you get used to it and it helps in the long run.

Thanks for all the advice! In response, yeah, I pretty much know that my needs are non-existent now But it hasn't "hit" me yet. I was used to five and six hours of sleep, but the waking up in the middle of the night multiple times thing sucks

Got a Sam's club membership already, and already trying to help my wife as much as possible. Devin has trouble latching sometimes, and so it can be a trial at times to get him fed, but we both do our best to calm and guide him.
