Thuder's front court is short and relatively weak, maybe Spurs could put Mahinmi in and give Blair, Ratliff more playing time. I anticipate Blair will get a double double.
Jeff Green is the X-Factor for the Thunder. Dejuan Blair is the X-Factor for the Spurs. I am calling it now.

Jeff Green will terrorize Blair or Bonner.
Still have memories of the preseason game lol.
I'm not necessarily worried about one guy..they beat us and competed with us last year with every game being different, and different players being x-factors for them in each individual game..
We obviously have more talent now, but we also have more hustle/energy guys than last year, so hopefully that will be evident tonight..
Joe Alexander: Jeff says Tim and Tony will play.
Pop: Duncan, Parker will play

Tim Duncan and Tony Parker will play in tonight's game against Oklahoma City, Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said in his pre-game meeting with reporters.
The All-Star pair had missed the past two games with dueling left ankle injuries. The Spurs won both of them, beating Toronto and Dallas.
Wow, I thought they needed more rest.
Starters: Bogans, Parker, Blair, Duncan, Jefferson.

SAN ANTONIO -- Tim Duncan and Tony Parker will return to the lineup for the San Antonio Spurs (4-3) tonight against the Oklahoma City Thunder (4-4).
Both missed the last two games with left ankle injuries. Parker had a slight sprain and Duncan experienced swelling but had no further injury detected after examination by MRI earlier in the week.
The Spurs were 2-0 without their stars. Both games were played at home, where San Antonio is 4-0.
Second-year backup George Hill started both games in place of Parker. He was 12-for-24 and had games of 11 and 22 points with seven assists to two turnovers.
San Antonio did not stick to one player in Duncan's power-forward role, trying Richard Jefferson and rookie DeJuan Blair at the spot. The Spurs also rotated at the other frontcourt position with Theo Ratliff starting one game at center and Antonio McDyess the other.
lol blair to start instead of dice ..interesting
Good.
It looks like Pop don't want to start McDyess and TD but Bonner off the bench is better
I don't care what the starting lineup is, as long as it doesn't include Finley and Bonner..looks like Pop has finally adjusted..
But eventually i hope McDyess replaces Blair.
True, if he starts Dice and TD we may see Bonner/Blair together. I don't think it would work well
hey... whatever that can take off some weight off his knees would work..
Why wouldn't you throw Dice at Green to start? Dice proved against Dirk that he has the mobility to keep up with mobile PFs.
true but the fact that theo couldn't get any significant minutes last two games is still a myth to me
I really don't understand why Pop seems so adamantly against playing Tim and Dice together and letting them develop some chemistry... isn't that why Dice was brought in???
Spurs call on LP! Wow, it feels like we've gotten it more so far this season than all last season.![]()
A lot different. Dirk is a mobile PF, but Jeff Green is not really a power forward and is much more athletic than Dirk. We don't have anyone that can match up with him.
Many times you get to choose. When there is not that many games on, they do dual feeds. They air the game on two diff channels.
It's usually a good sign. He means business. I always wait for it when the Playoffs are near.
This will be an interesting game. We should own their front court, but Durant could run amok.
Anyone else on ILPBB hitting the link and getting the Bucks game instead?![]()
I'd be worried about Green. You need a more athletic guy on him. Blair or Bonner probably wouldn't work.
