@ your position being so weak that you have to make up blatant lies. "Best season" I guess that would be his best season if you didn't count the 10 other ones where he shot higher than that. Proof once again that you have no credibility.

Wade could go 0-193823749 and never make another basket again, be cut from the NBA for being a scrub, and be investigated for bribing referees to give him fouls.

It wouldn't change what anyone has said about Kobe Bryant. Nice try deflecting.

Kobe's best season is 46%.... only 1 percent difference, but still

Dwyane Wade had 3 seasons of 49% shooting already in his young career.

    Kobe's career FG% is 45%, Dwyane's is 48%

Kobe has only shot higher than 45% six times, not ten.

and all six it was 46%. He's never shot higher than that in his career.

Wade already has 3 seasons with 49% shooting, and he's only been in the league 7 years?

    Kobe 14 years?

Wow, for your own sake I hope you're leveling.

While Wade is really really good, a big reason his FG% is higher is because Kobe has been a higher volume 3pt shooter for his career. Wade has averaged 1.6 3s per game for his career, Kobe has averaged 3.7 per game. Of course Wade's FG% is higher, it better damn well be.

But trying to use FG% alone as a metric to compare them as shooters is just terrible. Next thing you'll tell me Wade is a better shooter than Ray Allen.

Who's fault is it? Is someone oiling Kobe's elbow's before he jacks up 3's?

Learning how to take shots and when to pass up certain shots is part of the game.

Wade is a more efficient scorer than Kobe Bryant. Fact.

Kobe is not as productive with his shot attempts as other players. I don't give a if he takes 3's, who is forcing him to? Stop settling and drive to the rim, or get a higher percentage shot.

Higher percentage shots = higher shooting percentage = more efficient scorer = more points for your team to help your team win.

Get off Kobe's sorry nuts. He is overrated. Hype. He can thank Jordan for it. When MJ retired "Who will be the next MJ?!?" and all Kobe had to do was work hard and not suck. If Vince Carter was a hard worker and had the desire to be the GOAT, he would be in the same conversation. You will never convince me that prime Kobe (when was it? 2006?) > prime Vince

Wow, just wow. You STILL missed the point completely. Here's a hint: I'm not even arguing Kobe is a better shooter than Wade. You can think Kobe is the worst shooter ever for all I care, good for you.

    Here's Ray Allens career FG%: 44.9
    Here's Wades career FG%: 48.2

Tell me, who's the better shooter?

That's what's so great. I'm not on Kobe's nuts. I think Lebron deserved the MVP over Kobe last year. I think Wade did too. I think Wade when healthy, is better than Kobe right now. I'm also a Wade fan. Confused? See, while I can be objective, you're just the typical hater who has a bias against Kobe. You don't know any other way, you're just that guy who has to hate. Nothing but love from me though <3<3.

Also, re: Kobe being overrated. Meh, he's overrated by the casual fan (esp laker fans) who try to put him in the same category as Jordan. He's also underrated by people like you, who have this comical amount of contempt towards him, and constantly look for ways to downplay his accomplishments.

Oh and regarding Vince, lol. I have no desire to try and prove to you that prime Kobe>prime Vince, because I'm not taking that serious at all. Keep hating though, it just makes the Lakers winning last year that much better.

Had Kobe played like Wade, the Lakers spacing will be all messed up, he will get more injury and he needs to be surrounded by at least 2 spot up shooters at all time.

Lakers game are tailor fit for Lakers players. Since not a single Lakers players are dependable as spot up shooters (except maybe Derek Fisher in the clutch), their game is based entirely on post up and hard cuts.
If Kobe's mindset is to drive all the time for higher FG% (like Wade does), all oppositions need to do is clog the paint and it is over for the Lakers. Besides since Kobe is so good at readjusting his shot mid-air, he rarely gets calls for bumps since it always looks like that he's going to be able to get clean looks anyway.

Another possible way for Kobe to raise his FG% is to post up early and often. He's been doing it this season and his FG% went up to 50%. So why doesn't he do it all the time you ask? Because for most of his career he has reliable big men who can score down low. He has to spread the floor for Shaq, Gasol and Bynum to operate.

The thing that makes Kobe so scary good is that he's by far the player who gets most double teamed outside the paint. No one else comes close to it. Although, Wade is getting to see more and more double team outside because he starts taking more outside shots lately.

It is not a coincidence that Michael Beasley and Jermaine O'neal's game start flourishing as Wade FG% plummet this season.

It is also not a coincidence that every big men who play with Kobe Bryant enjoys the easiest time scoring the ball. Yes, that includes Chris Mihm and Kwame Brown.
