An air horn!
It's pretty sweet and totally worth a dollar. I think it's 2.5 oz compressed air so it won't last forever but it will easily give you a dollar worth of laughs if you are creative. I'd imagine if you found the right compressed air can you could put the horn from his one on another can, but you might be better off just buying three or four because compressed air is never cheap.
I also bought a turkey pan for a dollar, they really shouldn't cost more considering it's just an aluminum pan.

That's it! My father in law gave me a twenty to get him something from Sam's but that is going to the dollar store to buy 20 air horns. I am going to keep at least 4 in my car and one hidden in each room of my house and some at work. THIS IS GOING TO BE SWEET!
If you pay attention at seconds 5-6 in your video I think you let the natural air horn go off.

I'd rather have 15 dollars worth of Shasta grape than steaks.
But they also have Dad's root beer and Arizona iced tea.
But don't get any of the off brand corn nuts, those are pretty gross.
I used to get pupcorn there for my dog until they stopped selling it. It was $1 there for the tub and $5 at Petsmart for the exact same one.
These are great alarm clocks or for the person that passes out early at the party
Yuck. Nothing's wrong with dollar stores but buying food from one isn't on my bucket list.
