Some thoughts..

Offense is waayyyyy too slow and methodical right now..we're letting them set the tone on both sides, not good..

Jefferson is being ignored, as usual..he was making plays when he had the ball..when he's being guarded by Ray Allen, he should have the ball in his hands..same story all year..

Duncan is our best player, but he shouldn't be force-fed when he's being covered by Perkins..Perkins is probably the best 1 on 1 post defender in the NBA..so when a guy like RJ is being covered by an average defender, give him some plays..

Parker needs to make some ing free throws, it's getting ridiculous..

Manu made some nice plays, but his shot is still way off..

Hill was the usual Hill..when he looked to attack he was good..when he was being too conservative, he wasn't..

Blair had that bad play, but he was great the rest of the way..great energy, toughness inside..needs more minutes..

Bonner was beyond horrible..absolutely no idea why he got so many minutes when his shot wasn't going..

Defense needs to get tougher..horrible rotations, bad fouls..

Offense needs to pick up the pace and make some open shots..A LOT of open shots were missed..

the officiating in the 1st half was REALLY bad in Boston's favor..a lot of horrible calls that helped them out..

i hate how they are disrespecting Manu's three range.. they let him shoot wide open on the last one he made

They have no reason to respect his shot right now considering he's rusty and coming back from injury. Wish we saw more of the Manu that showed up against the Raptors.

your right... this at ude that these games dont matter or its early just isnt what we need anymore... were not the team of 4 years ago... there is no showing of heart out there... no sense of urgency and it start with our head coach... who looks like he would rather be at the winery right now.

They did it with Hill too. Missing those wide open looks will be our undoing...in both missing the shots and the Celtics lagging into the lane to deny penetration.

btw, Boston plays like we SHOULD play..

they spread the ball to ALL their weapons..they run plays for ALL of them..when a guy hasn't touched the ball in a while, they run a play for him..

The Celtics are on a whole other level right now. The Spurs are just getting embarassed.

I hope Pop is ripping into them right now and Mason doesn't see another minute for the rest of the game. Parker's jumpshot is MIA, anbd you gotta give credit Boston's defense.

Stop feed Duncan the ball into the low post, drive more with RJ as HH said if Finley can go all the way to the basket why can't Jefferson. Look for Duncan with the jumpshots we havn't seen it at all today.

he wants to micro-manage every aspect of the team, everything is about him, his stupid X's and O's, his stupid plays, his stupid reasons why one dimensional players like matt bonner should get as much PT as they do, pop wants to win the games for his teams, somehow it has nothing to do with the players

for the love of God Pop, let parker/manu/jefferson/duncan/mcdyess play. LET THEM PLAY. stop trying to control everything, stop trying to control everyone, let them play basketball. don't tell them what to do, just let go, and let them have a fun time
