With the Cavs acquiring Donyell Marshall it seems likely that he will replace Gooden in the starting lineup. Malik would be a nice fit for the Cavs' style of play. DFerry and MBrown are quite familiar with Malik.

Good idea. Ferry and Rose are very good friends. Rose is a proven championship caliber backup bigman. He could fill the Boozer role of a tough rebounder that the Cavs are missing.

That'd be a great trade for the Cavs. The Knicks would get a bigger player with some potential, so they'd be happy too.
