Honest question: When Pau and Bynum face a good front line, is this what you can expect?
Celtics have a great frontline but the Bynum destroyed them.

Marc's probably the 2nd best Center in the West behind Bynum and Z-Bo's a beast.

Win some and lose some, not too bad considering it's the last game of the trip. Would of course preferred the win.

I don't agree with that. Garnett is clearly hobbled and Sheed is a s of his former self.

This was a healthy front line they faced tonight.

The Lakers got out of there without Bynum injured. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.
This is true as well. 2 Years in a row, the Lakers lost Bynum to the damn Grizzlies this time of year.

This may also explain Bynum's subpar play today.

I was thinking more of Perkins...that dude's a great defensive center.

As far as frontlines go, I agree Gasol and ZBo are major quality...as good as any frontline in the NBA.

Man, I gotta give props to Z-Bo and also to Marc Gasol, he wasn't afraid of playing against his big sister.

    Bynum avoided the three-peat.

Perkins is a beast, but that front line of theirs loses a lot of its luster with KG dragging his leg around. Still formidable though. Bynum is starting to play more consistent, but I can see how he can get frustrated when he is not getting his touches. He does not have that "make an impact even if I am not scoring" mentality yet.

I don't think it was that hard considering Lakers were looking to take a 3 pointer and get it on the last shot.

This has nothing to do with the Blazers. This is a LA/MEM thread. Please stay on topic.

Yup, I'll give Bynum a free pass today just for missing that 3peat.

Yeah there's nothing bad about letting a 7ft 270 lbs match your lateral quickness Kobe's clearly lost a step.

Kobe isn't that fast anymore. They've been on a long road trip and this is the last game. Add in the fact that they just played last night too. Plus, he was just looking to dribble the clock out for the very last shot.
