Was it really the Suns doing or just luck that the Hawks went cold?I recorded the game and might watch it tomorrow if I have time.
Wow.
It would have been 29 points if the refs hadn't bailed out the Hawks with a foul near the end.

Yeah, because we traded Amare for Battier and Scola...er, wait...nevermind.
Gentry left the bench in for 12 straight minutes, and as a result, the Hawks went completely cold, even though they had all their starters in. Dudley, Amundson, Frye, JRich, and Dragic completely shut them down.
This was a night in which everything that DoK has been telling you about Nash's lack of defense, and Dragic's awesomeness, was 100% true. Gentry took Nash and some of the starters out of the game, and the bench immediately shut the Hawks down.

Suns made their run against the mavs the other night with the bench and dragic running the show...nash returned midway into the fourth and mavs pulled away
My thread was unnecessary. God bless.
Dragic wasn't extremely good offensively but he was all up in Bibby and Crawford's on D and had a SICK pass between Bibby's leg.
Suns learned defensive playing all of a sudden, though it won't take them long to retrograde where they were originally at.
I have a theory. I think Lopez is a defensive god. Stern couldn't have this and instructed the refs to foul him out ASAP so the suns would not disrupt another laker run at the le. However this caused the suns to suck and go into financial turmoil where sarver could not give them away for free. Stern could not handle a franchise going under and called off the dogs on Lopez.
