With McDyess hyperextending his knee, and playing back to back games, any chance he sits and Mahinmi plays, maybe even starts tonight?
Ok, maybe not starts, but at least sees meaningful minutes.

We can hope to see Ian play.
Numb Nutts tater probably gonna go with this.
and of course we'll see more of this.
I put a lot of this on Duncan for submissively condoning tater s lineups.
Fabbs, now you just need a pic of Bogawns in his new wedding gown with Pop's smirking eating grin to complete your BFB set.
No, I because it's specifically about tonight's game and whether or not he'll play because of McDyess' injury.
I know I shouldn't feed the troll, but this made me lol.
Ha! tater. It just looks funny.
I actually bust out every time I saw Boner's bowl haircut.
with finley released... maybe so... but i doubt it.
With Fin gone, at least he should be in uniform, regardless of whether McDyess suits up or not.
got a pic?
all this means now is 30 minutes of matt bonner
Who gives a ? Mahinmi is a scrub.
Still about as much chance as getting struck by lightning which crazily does happen sometimes.
Keith Bogans and Matt Bonner are just as scrubby as Mahinmi. I don't get everybody's boner over the guy.
Finley's gone, so anything's possible.
So you're happy with Richard Jefferson playing center when the Spurs need a stop against Amare Stoudemire, then?
Mahinmi wouldn't have done any better. I like how you make him out to be some elite defender.
Most likely not but due to injury/B2B type of game Pop may be forced to play him. I don't think Pop wants play him any significant minutes even if he does. Pop just flat out doesn't believe Ian has warranted any meaningful minutes so far this season. During the Rockets and Suns games both Sean and Hubie indicated that Ian is stuck at the end of the big rotation and hasn't earned minutes in Pop's opinion. In order to get any meaningful time there needs to be an injury where Pop is forced to play him more. We'll see tonight.
I think there's a good chance for Ian playing tonight, especially with it being a b2b, even with the long break. I guess we'll find out how Dice's knee is feeling.
Just wondering where are you basing this off of?
Yea, the amount of attention the d-leaguers get here is ridiculous but there's likely a good chance Ian plays tonight since its a back to back, Bonner's shot has been off, and McDyess took that troublesome fall.
Hopefully he maximizes any opportunities since the Spurs could use some athletic help...shame he's so damn scrawny (looks like a taller and lankier version of KD) and prone to fouls and turnovers. I'd rather the minutes go to Blair though.
A seven foot guy wouldn't have done better than a 6'7" guy? That's the position you're marrying yourself to? I guess I know to ignore your posts from now on.
It's based on the fact that he can't even get off the bench. If he was any good he would be getting playing time despite his youth, like Blair and Hill.
