    He's a BIG CHOKER

A guy who's is MIA in the playoffs is a choker

    Regular season means nothing
Sure, he should have saved the injured Spurs against the Mavs.......

On the bright side...this is a game we were projected to lose (when we thought Lebron would play). We play some ty teams in the next few days...time to move on to the next one

Mason's hit enough big shots that I can forgive him missing this one. He was cold all night, Pop probably shouldn't have gone with him anyway.

I have to admit, though, with the game on the line and knowing Mason was cold, I still thought 'what if they went to Mason because no one expects it, he hits a wide open three for the tie and returns to (last year's) form.'

RJ led the team in boards and did not hurt the team. He did not help either. But Mason/Bogans/Dice all hurt the team.
For 14 million, RJ should be doing a lot more than rebounding. There is no doubt that the Jefferson trade is among the worst moves in SA history.

ing mason dice and Pop lost this game. Pop kept giving minutes these two idiots and kept Blaire and Malike on the bench. We had this game.
    you're an idiot.

You can't win with Richard Jefferson turning out garbage like this. That man is making more than both tony and manu.

3 pts is unacceptable. What the is wrong with him? Does he have no shame? Is he able to go home and look in the mirror, or look his life partner in the eyes?? Where's his pride?
Brah, he only got 3 shots.

Agree. I loved RJs effort on the boards and he tried on the defensive end.

Mason Jr. Bogans Dice hurt us bad.

Tim was a no show in the 4th quarter too.

Almost everyone on this team has been in a sleepwalk like daze this season except Manu. Even when Manu was not in form he was doing all he could out there. Manu is the only one this season that looks sharp and has the will to actually win the games. Tim has been consistent most of the season, but he has had lots of lapses where he too has been sleepwalking out there.

Everyone else is in robotic form.

Like someone else said earlier - I REALLY miss Brent, Horry and Bruce. Man - how we took them for granted. Not just their clutch shooting and defense, but their incredible basketball IQ - that's what these other guys are missing.

    losing to Kobe-less Lakers

    losing to Roy-less Blazers

    losing to Lebron-less Cavs.
To be fair, the Cavs didn't have Shaq and Jamison didn't finish the game.

masons tenure reminds me of barrys last 2 seasons with us...fkn pathetic
You are some re . I would take Barry over Mason Jr. any day of the week.

You forget the heart Brent played with in his last series here against LA. If brent was allowed to play through his defensive mistakes like Mason Jr. is he would have had a lot more good games. He is so much smarter and better passer than RMJ. He is also a better shooter, but Brent always got yanked on a defensive miscue whereas Mason Jr. gets to play and continue shooting the ball.

Mason Jr. couldn't even show up against an average Mavs team in the playoffs.

If the Spurs don't wake up - they not only might miss the playoffs, they won't even get to 50 wins, and that hasn't happened since we drafted Timmy. It would be a crying shame to end our streak of consecutive playoff appearances.

brah, he's making 14 million American dollars. You go and get the ball...and then figure out how to get more than 3 pts. He was deferring to Bonner on fast breaks.

He was fouled and Joey didn't blow his whistle...yet again.
    Joey!
I didn't get to watch the second half, but if it's true that Mason was fouled and Joey didn't call it, it's no different than when Brent was fouled. You can't blame Mason for that.

Ice Duncan has played well this season mostly, but I agree on your post about Manu, utterly pathetic team this year.

That's a scary one. The other team did not have their bigtime [layers, and yet we lost this game.

Jefferson was damaged goods when we picked him up. Anybody that cancels a wedding days before the big night probably has a lot of personal issues in his life.

If the Spurs are going to get 70+ points from 3 players and still lose, this is not going to end well.

Do you want to elaborate? You mean the season will not end well because they can't keep it up and make the playoffs like that?

That seems to be the Spurs MO this year - lose to teams missing their best players. They should've creamed this team - it should've been such a massacre that Timmy wouldn't even have had to play in the 4th.

Really ... what is it about Cleveland and their gym that Tim just can't overcome (offensively speaking)?
