But the Spurs were actually doing really well until Pop decided to play Bogans, Bonner and Blair for waaaaaaaaay too long. That's where the game got away - because nobody wearing black jerseys could get a rebound.

We would have been up 20+ in the first quarter if Hill had his ass glued to the bench...cushion would have been bigger for Pop's idiotic 3B's move...

Starting Hill was the least of our worries tonight.

The Mavs made us hopeful, but the Spurs are simply not prime-time players this year.

I don't want to lose to the Suns, but it seems inevitable at this point. Trying to come to grips with it.

Most of the mistakes seem like mental ones. Just poor decisions all around. They can be corrected. The talent disparity isn't as great as it seems.

I don't like to see Nash and Amare driving at will. I'd rather see them two on the floor and others making 3s than just letting them slice us up inside with easy baskets. If not for our non-existent 3 point shooting and pathetic rebounding, we would be up double-digits.

It's worked in the past, in terms of letting Nash get deep into the lane and get himself into trouble or try to take on 2 bigs. We can't keep collapsing and trying to run back at Phoenix. All we can do with Amare is make him work for it. Dice and Blair have done pretty good jobs of that overall.

I think the Suns only made 4 3-pointers - it seemed like a lot more. I guess it's because they were such timely baskets and killed the Spurs momentum.

But the offensive rebounds are the bigger problem. You can't let a team get 11 more shots and think you're going to win.

Suns are guarding out to the 3-point line better than we are. We have closed off the paint pretty well though. Actually a good compe ive first half, although not all that pretty to watch for either side.

he took only 6 FG I'm not sure he shot the ball once this quarter.

I don't know if Pop told him to limit his plays for the others or if he is being lazy but he should have taken at least 10 shots this half.

He was doing the right thing and trying to feed Tim and possibly get others going.

TP has shown great confidence in himself in every playoff game. Only player on the team really to do so every single game this post season.

People that want him traded a re s. Parker showed the same confidence in his first ever playoffs against Gary Payton and then again against the defending Champion Lakers.
