I guess it's just John Martson I don't like. He sounds exactly like Earl and it bugs the out of me. The Mexican's sound a little stereo typical, but oh well. And I've spent more time than most reviewers on this game. I've got almost 4 hours on Poker![]()
man, I really hope I don't have to wait a year for the PC version of the game. I'm a huge, huge fan of westerns. I've been waiting for a game like this forever. So much potential.

Ive conceded. I am buying the 360 version tomorrow and will give that copy to whomever wants it once the PC version drops.
I am not waiting.
That was my thinking. Went and "pre-ordered" today at lunch, pick it up at midnight.
I will just download the PC version probably when it comes out.
I am looking forward to playing SURVIVAL mode
it's basically Gears of War 2's HORDE mode, but with the game's wildlife coming to eat you and your online teammates
The game has all the western cliches... including the whistle-to-call-up-your-horse cliche...![]()
As with most games, it's the little things that will put this game over the top with me. Shooting off people's hats, playing cards with piano music in the background, tying people to your horse and dragging them around, etc, etc...I can't wait.
You just sold this game to me.![]()
didnt get in on amazon deal, waiting for it to drop to 30 on amazon in 4-6 weeks
been playing it for about an hour and a half.... drunk.
As in the video review above, the horse control takes some getting used to, thats probably my biggest gripe so far, but hey, Im drunk. At least Im not out running into wooden fences with a car and .
I DID decide to take the day off tomorrow to check this out sober so I will give the low-down after a few hours of play tomorrow. So far its been pretty sweet though and I just barely played the first few "missions" that basically set up the story.
For those that are playing it already, I just got past the part after the saloon and horse chase.
Thanks phyzik. I've slowly been warming to this game, but I've still got A LOT of Dragon Age to get through, and playing League of Legends online.
I call DIBS!
Can't wait til I leave work at 5 to play this!! I've only watched a few videos online.....

Are you ing kidding me?? Anyone know if this is bull from console fanboys? or is Rockstar really telling PC gamers around the world " you!"?In the April edition of Game Informer, Red Dead Redemption was listed as being for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. Despite the listing, Rockstar confirmed that there is no PC version currently in development.
PC gaming sucks

This game is getting aciously good reviews. It's the 2nd Game of the Year candidate to be released so far (after God of War III).
I might have to buy this game. It just sounds incredible.
This game is awesome. I was in free roam last night and I wandered into some snowcovered land and a load of cougars attacked me. I was like WTF?!I was spawned as a mexican and my "horse" was a donkey, lol
What is there to expect? Anything? I can't wait. Im still at work and the game was delivered this morning...
massive fail
you should do some sidequests or something every once in a while. You can't beat ME2 in 15 hours, for example, unless you pass up every dialog option and completely gun your way through it.
I did the side quests. I even put in 5 hours on Poker. I also picked it up this morning at EB, to support Rockstar. I was shocked they had copies.
