I don't think The Vince ever got over Game 7 of the 2001 ECSF against Philadelphia.
Popularity? No one likes him. At least as far as die-hard bball fans go.

everybody hates his ing guts...he is a QUITTER...to the TRUEST form of the word
The day this er decided to attend a ing convocation ceremony on the day of a game 7, I knew he'd never win .
Beat me to it. They should've won the East that year and had the honor of being swept by the Lakers.
are we talking about kobe, or vince carter?
Are we talking about Vinve or the guy you are praying to come 2 Dallas who is about to quit on his hometown team?
lebron james wasn't an option, rapist apologist
^I thought you'd turned over a new leaf, 41?
since when?
Carter was the most popular player in the NBA for years during his prime in Toronto, led the All-Star voting multiple times, was voted in as a starter many times, and has one of the largest fanbases of any player in the NBA..it doesn't count when it comes to accolades, but it would have been taken into consideration..
Since you felt bad about treating me mean before I took the pickle from Kori back at Xmas.
No need to apolgize for a rapist ...Loser apologist
Your hometown team had a football team full of coke addicts, male s etc ...
And THOSE guys get treated like KINGS around here (DFW)... I know because I live in THE Colony and I am a Cowboys fan!!!
BTW - Saw that loser Roy #11 at Walmart tonight (during the 3rd quarter) he loves "white meat" too ....
Fixed per Mavs fan LOL

People likes Toronto Carter. Pre-2002. That was a long ing time ago.

He was a hot sensation for 2 - 4 years ...but so was:
Grant Hill
Penny hardaway
Shawn Kemp
Larry Johnson
None are HoF'ers ...

Sorry from my phone half the time ....
Roy Tarpley was a crackhead too ...Dallas fans should never throw stones ...LOL
Surprisingly, Vince Carter statistically has a high probability of getting into the Hall of Fame based on the formula from the basketball reference site. Doesn't mean he will, and I don't think he will, but on the numbers, he has a better probability than guys like Stockton, Lanier, McHale, Worthy, Alex English who are already in.

But of course, I think the lack of playoff team success really makes him a huge longshot at this point.
Classic pic!
