wonder how many teams next year the lakers will face the zone
agreed...
wonder how many teams next year the lakers will face the zone
to bad they know how to make them unlike the lakers![]()
Meh, the Suns made 11, and LA made 9 on 2 less attempts. LA outperformed PHX the last 2 games, but PHX got 20+ more FTs a game which was the difference.
I hope to Christ yer right.
I guess they attacked the paint to other then shot threes
In Game 3, the Lakers actually shot better from 3 than the Suns.
10 rings
How can you criticize someone with 10 rings?
No worries, this is just a repeat of the OKC series.
he win one with the bulls next year I would give him props
suns are >>>>>>>okc
3 point shooting for the series.
Lakers: 40.9 %
Suns: 31.5 %
Nice try![]()
And you will make another moronic comment then no doubt.![]()
Not really. LA has outplayed PHX in every game so far. If not for 40+ FTs, LA would have swept.
Jackson is a smug SOB but what he's saying is technically accurate. The Suns have won the last two games at the three point line. But that's of course a product of the Suns actually being more aggressive on offense while the zone has apparently forced the Lakers content with jacking up long jumpers and not drawing fouls.
But it's a problem when the Phoenix Suns are more judicious with their three point shot selection than your team. They are shooting about the same number of threes for the series and the Lakers are shooting better from three, but at least for the last two games, the Suns are taking better three point shot attempts. Lakers are taking poor three pointers, especially guys like Farmar and Brown.
if lakers were mor eagreesive they would have swepted
suns wanted it more
and attacked
lakers were not the better team tonight
they sucked donkey balls tonight
Waah, waaah, the refs are biased AGAINST the Lakers
Amar'e might be a reason that the Suns are getting free throws.
Couldn't agree more.
He's also the reason it's 2-2. Thank, Christ.
Very true. It seems as Amar'e goes, so goes the Suns. If he shows up to play the rest of the series, it will be very interesting.
I don't think it bodes well that Kobe can have, what, a 38/8/10 night and you guys still lose? Especially when Kobe shot such a high percentage.
Well, LA can't touch him or else it's a foul, so yes you are correct.
Only a re would say the refs helped the Suns out. We all know Stern wants a Lakers Celtics rematch.
Nonsense. LA was aggressive, they just got no calls.
Both these losses really had nothing to do with offense even though the whole ZONE thing is being so talked about. They have lost their intensity on D. They are being outhustled. Very much the same way they got their 2 losses against OKC.
