I was thinking the same thing.
chadfordinsider: Great pick for Kings. For a second straight year Kings may have the Rookie of the Year.

Wow I wasnt really sure if the Kings would go with Cousins there. I thought he would go to Detroit. The Kings are building a stacked frontline now with Dalembert, Cousins, Thompson, and Landry.

You're completely missing the only point that matters.

ALL payroll must fit under the salary cap for a team using cap space to sign FAs.

You can't sign FAs from another team using cap space and then use exceptions to wind up over the salary cap.

The current version of the CBA has been in effect since 2005. Point to one example where a team used cap space to sign a FA and then used exceptions to wind up over the cap. You will be unsuccessful because it is not allowed under the CBA.

    Plain and simple.
I'm going to look later because this sounds totally and completely wrong to me but for now I'm going to go ahead and cry uncle, Bruno Jr.

    We'll see though.

I think they move Biedrins and keep Randolph. Two better athletes and better fit. Offense and defense.

Surprised that he didn't force a buyout. Just retired and left 12M on the table.

So? He can pass, dribble, shoot the open jumper, face-up, play with his back to the basket, and block shots. He can contribute immediately..
