Pritchard's last pick? The end of an era.
and there goes whiteside
wow the mavs buuying their way in the draft!!
Even though people here seem to think Hill is more of a 2 than a 1, don't you think with that roster he'll see more time as the backup point (more so than Temple) with Anderson and Ginobili at the shooting guard position?
Still some pretty decent players available for the spurs second pick
Memphis trading with a division rival?
great pick again by the Blazers, they have great draft
You and Cant_be_faded seem to be ignoring all this guy's positives. Rebounding is the one stat that translates best from college to the pros.
2015 forum at this point anyway.
I don't suppose it would sway anyone that John Hollinger's super high-tech secret statistical formula/translated stats rated him as the 12th best player in the draft?

Spurs worked him out and didn't like him according to Yahoo
Didn't like him in the first round, second round may have been a different story.

The Pistons will select guard Terrico White with the 36th pick, source says.
There's still Jerome Jordan, Artsiom Parakhouski and Hamady N'Diaye.
Bjelica off the table. he probably wont come for a few seasons anyways.
Still on the board:
Alabi
Varnado
Hobson
Richards
Jordan
Dude if you look at the NBA from a realistic TODAY standpoint.
You have to beat the Lakers to get out of the West to the finals.
follow me?
They are the tallest team in the league

history shows you can only get away with so many undersized rebounders
follow me?
We already have one, that's really really good

You just admitted James' strength was rebounding. Welcome to 2007. He offers no other advantage at this stage in his development.
What do you not understand about him being a bad fit for the Spurs?
This isn't a video game dude, Anderson was the perfect reasonable pick.
Also Solomon Alabi
Manu and Tony will be the primary ballhandlers/playmakers/runners on the floor when they are on the court, which likely won't be at the same time. Regardless of what the players accompanying them are deemed they are the most established at that role which their teammates will generally feed off of. Hill is more adept at looking for his own offense and roaming the court for scoring opportunities than he is setting up others, though he may still be given a shot. Imo, you play to those strengths to help the improve the offense.
What's the name of the guard from Southern Miss? I wonder if we'll get him.
omg calm down. Lets save this for the 2015 forum. tbh if I'm right he'll be Jerome Dudley/Ryan Gomes anyway so it will be nothing to brag about. The Hollinger thing was clearly a joke anyway.
lol they love adam silver
Hobson gone dang. Alabi hanging in there
What's up with Donatas? Why is no one picking him?
He pulled out of the draft
Rautins to the Knicks is hilarious
