Alright lets see how each team looks after they sign their superstars and compare them. I'm going to try to give the best case scenarios Salary sources are from http://hoopshype.com/salaries.htm

Note: The higher the salary for scrubs the better they are

    Chicago Bulls

This is their current Roster (Players who are signed through 2011)

    PG Derrick Rose
    SG (No SG)
SF Luol Deng / James Johnson
    PF Taj Gibson
    C Joakim Noah

The Bulls have roughly 35 million of cap space so they would have enough to sign 2 Max F.A leaving them with $2million to spend on other players either to resign some of their players or find new players to fill the 12 spot roster. Obviously with only $2 million they won't be able to get quality or ok players they will all be mostly scrubs limiting them to about 600k per scrub. Their final roster would look something like this...

PG Derrick Rose / 600k Scrub
SG Lebron James (Figure we'd have to play him at the 2 spot) / 600k Scrub
SF Luol Deng / James Johnson
PF Chris Bosh / Taj Gibson
    C Joakim Noah / 600k Scrub

    New York Knicks

    Their current roster is:

PG Sergio Rodriguez / Toney Douglas
    SG ---NO SG--
SF Danilo Gallinari / Bill Walker
    PF Wilson Chandler
    C Eddy Curry

The Knicks have about $38 million cap space and can sign 2 Max F.A leaving them with about $5 million to spend to fill the 12 man roster. They will have a few ok players but mostly scrubs. Their roster would look something like this.

PG Sergio Rodriquez / Toney Douglas
SG Lebron James/ $2.5 million player
SF Danilo Gallinari / Bill walker
PF Chris Bosh / Wilson Chandler
    C Eddy Curry / $2.5 million player

    Miami Heat

The Heat's current roster that are signed to 2011 are:

PG Mario Chalmers / Kenny Hasbourck
    SG --NO SG--
    SF James Jones
    PF Michael Beasley
    C -- NO C --

The Miami heat have $46 million of cap space. THE DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH TO SIGN 3 MAX CONTRACTS In order for them to sign 3 MAX some of them will have to take less. But they can get rid of Michael Beasley to free up more cap room so I will give two scenarios.

    Scenario 1 - 3 Max F.A
If they sign 3 Max F.A by trading Michael Beasley thereby freeing up capspace, they would have about $2 million left to fill the 12 man spot their final roster meaning about 600k per player. Their final roster would look something like this.

PG Mario Chalmers / Kenny Hasbourck
SG Dwayne Wade / 500k Scrub
SF Lebron James / James Jones
PF Chris Bosh / 500k Scrub
    C 500k Scrub / 500k Scrub

Note: When im referring to scrubs im referring to VERY TY PLAYERS, their contracts are worth about 600k because of the limited amount of money spent on them. Players with 600k contracts average no more than 6ppg 5rpg 2apg

    Scenario 2 - 2 Max F.A

If they sign 2 Max F.A, they would have about 13 million of cap space to sign a good player and some ok players. Most likely they'd want to resign some of their current players since the heat expressed interest in resigning Udonis Haslem. Their best case scenario would look something like this.

PG Mario Chalmers / Kenny Hasbourck
SG Dwayne Wade / 500k Scrub
SF Udonis Haslem / 500k Scrub
PF Chris Bosh / Michael Beasley
C $6 million Center (Jermaine Oneal? Assuming he resigns for less since he is worth now anyways) / 500k Scrub

    New Jersey Nets

    Their current roster is:

PG Devin Harris / Kenyon Dooling
SG Courtney Lee / Terrence Williams
    SF -- NO SF --
PF Yi Jianlian / Chris Humphries
C Brook Lopez / Josh Boone

Their current cap space is 34 million and have enough to sign 2 Max F.A with about $1.5 million left to sign scrubs. Their roster would look something like this.

PG Devin Harris / Kenyon Dooling
SG Courtnely Lee / Terrence Williams
SF Lebron James / 1.5 Million player
PF Chris Bosh / Yi Jianlian / Chris Humphries
C Brook Lopez / Josh Boone

    L.A Clippers

    Their Current roster is:

PG Baron Davis / Mardy Collins
    SG Eric Gordon
    SF -- NO SF --
    PF Blake Griffin
C Chris Kaman / DeAndre Jordan

They have about 23 million of cap space giving them enough space to sign 1 Max F.A with about $7 million left to sign other players. Their best case scenario roster would look something like this.

PG Baron Davis / Mardy Collins
SG Eric Gordon / $2 million player
SF Lebron James / $2 million player
PF Blake Griffin / $2 million player
C Chris Kaman / DeAndre Jordan

Ranking the best scenario here are my rankings
