While you guys were so honed in on the white, cracker, honky-ness of that crowd (classy, BTW), I was noticing how much the guy with sign looks like Fat Bas from Austin Powers.
Having lived in DC for a while, I'm honestly just amazed the photographer was able to capture a shot with nobody of a different race on the mall. No mean feat in a city with over half its population being black.

As I said, the unwavering pallor of the crowd is statistically improbable. It also says something about the message delivered in that it clearly doesn't speak to the diversity of the country.
I saw some of the footage of Beck speaking and there were black folks in the crowd behind him. These are the kind of folks that tolerant liberals would call "Uncle Toms".

Dr. Alveda King must hate herself for giving a speech to all those hate-mongering crackerheads.

I usually don't post here because it seems threads start out as a good political discussions and about two posts in it becomes partasin name calling and finger pointing. So a little background...
I am a liberal ( I know, muslim loving comunist,socialist,marxist, blah, blah blah..) got that out of the way, good! I don't hate what Glenn Beck did yesterday. From what I have seen the comments made there were not overtley politocal, like Beck personally asked they not be. He was raising money ( I believe) for wounded soldgiers and their families. Why is that a bad thing? Do I agree with his polotics, No. Do I agree with the choice of date and location? Not SO much, but where else in DC could this have been done?
My only questions arise when I think, Okay, this is not SUPPOSED to be a republican/ Tea Party event, but restoring honor to the country, right? If that is the case then why was it only conservatives and Republicans who were invited to speak? Why was freedomworks out there selling t-shirts and registering voters? These are all things they have the right to do of course, but be up front about it. Some other questions that always pop up also, where were these "small government" people when the patriot act was first implemented? Where are the strict cons utionalists now that Arizona wants to implement thier own law (state Law) to trump (be it) a very week federal immigration policy? Where were the deficit hounds the last administration? The previous administration deliberatley did not put the wars on the books to make their spending not look so bad, but they spent money too. No Rally on the steps of the Lincoln memorial then. As a matter of fact, I remember being called Un American for even asking these questions then. Oh, and these folks all HATE bailouts right, Correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't TARP implemented under the previous administration? Even when we did organize for a march or protest durring the last administration (not often, because Dems are the most unorganized group of people on the planet) we were not sponsored by a Major news network. The "lamestream media" barley even covered those protests out of fear that FOX would call them Left wing media.
So, for me it breaks down to: If this was a true "Restoring Honor" all about the country and not another anti-Obama rally, not partasin in any way, why was it so partasin?

Whatever. She capitalized upon her uncle's name and raped his legacy. Probably for profit. Even if she doesn't have a racial obligation to keep her ing mouth shut, she sure as has a familial one. And she sold her familial obligation (read: legacy) and then raped it until it was bleeding out every orifice.
