I don't know the percentage of coke users in the 1980's NBA but it was rampant. Seems maybe Len Bias overdosing on it may have helped curtail it. Wasn't Roy Tarpley of the Mavs a big user? Seems the Dodgers had a pitcher named Steve Howe ruin his career as well from coke. Maybe they all should have tried steroids instead.....Oh, wait, that era had already started as well....It just wasn't publicized.
