I'll go with the rat-faced nut-puncher Jason Terry.

Right when he's doing his gay little 'airplane' move.

Until the moment Terry delivers again in the postseason (if...) i wanna punch him every time he do this crap...

Ben Wallace, for the way he hurt me.

In my eyes, he was responsible for the brawl. I still remember that night like it was yesterday. I weeped that night, I was in tears, I cursed profusely. No, they weren't tears of sadness, but instead, tears of rage. Indiana is a proud state, and our team brought shame and embarrassment upon it.

While Ron escalated the situation, it was Ben Wallace that teed it up, Ron only knocked it out of the park. Ben Wallace used unnecessary force, the game was over, this tragedy DID NOT need to happen. I did not need to go through that misery.

As devastating as the brawl was to the Pistons, it was a 100 times worse for my Pacers. We had a Championship-contender broken up by the suspensions and fallout. Reggie ended his season in shame, and our franchise has yet to recover.
I agree; the refs were going to call a flagrant anyway, and it's not like it was a McHaleonRambis takedown either, nothing to justify such a reaction.

Wallace should have been suspended 10 games

Ben deserves plenty of blame for trying to fight Artest. Ben carries no blame to why Artest got suspended. Artest never had to go into the stands to start punching fans. Period. If everything else remained the same except for Artest and S-Jax going into the stands, there's no crazy melee and Artest at most is suspended a couple games. Ben Wallace didn't make Artest go into the stands. That's what ruined the Pacers' season. Not Wallace.

If you want to backtrack and start assigning blame, go to Rick Carlisle first. Your team is up 15 points with less than a minute left and on the road. Why are your starters still in the game? Why are your two best players in the game? The Pistons were the team that was down in the game. Ben shouldn't have been in the game either, but it's more understandable.

Then go to Ron Artest the same question about the foul. Your team is up 15 points with less than a minute to go. Why are you committing a hard foul on Ben Wallace's neck? Let him have the ing lay-up.

If you're going to go back to assign blame, point to those two first.

And if Ben Wallace has such a punchable face, why did Artest go lay down on the scorer's table when challenged to fight by Ben? And then subsequently decide to punch a scrawny 6 foot fan in the stands? Let's get things straight here.

Ben Wallace was stupid to overreact to the foul. But Artest never should have fouled him in the first place, and Carlisle should have had Ron out of the game. The Pistons fans at the Palace that night were a disgrace. Let's get that out of the way. Many if not most are a disgrace to Pistons fans and NBA fans in general. There should have been more fans from that game to be banned. But it wasn't those fans (not even John Green) or Ben Wallace that made Artest get suspended. He had no one else to blame but himself. It was a ing plastic cup. Ben Wallace shoves you in the chest and you back away. But a plastic cup is going to make you run and swing punched on random people?

Blame Ron. And I actually like Ron Artest. I think he's got a good heart down deep inside and for all his eccentricities he's actually a likable guy. But it was his own doing.

Sorry I made that post the minute I saw Aaron's post . As funny as it was, Aaron's debut in Findog's power rankings thread was way funnier, that had me cracking up for a solid 20 minutes.
