    No idea how Wade Phillips still has a job. It seems like though out his tenure the Cowboys have always gotten a ton of penalties and one of the biggest signs that a team is poorly disciplined and coached is a ton of penalties.

    I never understood this logic.

    The same guy hired Bill Parcells who is the complete opposite of a yes man.

    And let's not forget everyone wanted Wade at the time because of how he ran that 3-4 defense in San Diego. Jerry's not stupid. He'll find the best available option out there. I don't think guys like Cowher or Gruden will want to work for him and that's the real problem.
