She does owe you an explanation, Fin. Give her some time, perhaps until this weekend (Friday night), and then approach her. But, don't base the approach as a plea for reconciliation. Just base it on an approach for clarity. Set the sit on the phone, but, don't get into particulars on the phone. Do all that in person, so, you get what you deserve.

If a girl (especially one you're engaged to) breaks off a relationship and is "vague and evasive" in her response to why, then she's more than likely hiding something. Sure, Fin's girl could've just been scared, but you usually don't see that till it's close to wedding time.
btw Fin...i hate to ask but when was the wedding supposed to be? If right around the corner, then it "might" be plausible she's just scared or had a change of heart. If it's in June, then go get checked for STDs tomorrow.

Sorry to hear that bro. Just went through a breakup myself a few months back, one that I initiated. The hurt is all the same, even when you know they ain't right for you.
If there's one thing you need to remember it's this. If you ever let a woman grab hold of you by the balls you are her for life. It's not a good situation to be in my friend. In due time you will find another woman that actually DOES want to be with you and you'll look back and wonder how stupid you were pining over girls that didn't return your love.
