The person who needs to conduct the half time talk is Parker not Pop. He has got to find a way to help the team get past this. Right now they all look including Pop like they are playing with a knot in their gut.

Right now he's throwing up lame and expecting the refs to bail him out instead of working to get a decent shot. He's been like this more and more the last 2 seasons. His ankles and knees must be shot because he doesn't make any aggressive post moves anymore.
