Kobe was dirty. ed some groupie . I would bet there's quite a few pro athletes that have done their share of that kind of dirt. Tony Parker was getting nasty or at least "trying" to get nasty with a teammate's wife.
I'd never condone rape or sexual assault. Both are way out of line. There is something really grimy about ing with a friend's wife though. Of course it's not worse than rape. But there is something really, really wrong about doing your friend dirty like that.
It is amusing that there are Spurs fans who are getting quite upset over a week's worth of criticism of Tony's "scandal" when there are plenty of Spurs fans still calling Kobe a "rapist" 7 years after the fact and even though he wasn't convicted of rape. Pretty funny watching some Spurs fans get their panties all twisted over this.

And again, there is a difference between going all the way through a full trial, as opposed to having the prosecution drop the case because the defendant knew she was going to make a mint in a civil case.
