    UCLA Bruins
    LJ's cousin goes (went?) to Tulane. The semester is canceled completely and maybe the school indefinitely after that. I wonder what all the students will do.

    Actually my understanding is they will get free tuition and fees, free housing, free meal plan, free books, etc.

    That would sound good but what college is willing to do that?
    SMU is doing that for Tulane's football and soccer teams, dunno about general students.

    Texas A&M took in 1000 "general" students that they are doing that for. Add to that 1000 the aforementioned athletes in this thread.

    well tulane's tuition would probably be more than out of state tuition since it is a private school... at least it was more when i was thinking about going to tulane in the spring of 2000.

    but it seems like that won't even be a problem... seeing as a ton of schools have opened their arms to tulane's students so they can continue their education.

    Nothing will be free... read above link. It will be Texas Resident Tuition. I am sure that there are several programs out there to put the $$ back in the students' pockets, as there certainly should be. Also, the TAMU administration is welcoming all professors/staff and their research endeavors.

    The UT Law School is taking in 60 law students from Tulane and Loyola. I'm not sure how the tuition is affected.
