Fisher obviously brings something to the table other than stats. Time to break out Uncle Bill again:
....leadership knows no stats.
Cliches we'll probably be seeing in this thread:
"You can't measure heart."
"Stats are for losers."
"He does things you can't measure in the box score."
"He's the glue that holds the team together."
"It's not all about stats..."
And many more tbh.
your right,
because at the end of the day, those "quotes" you just posted are vital to winning a championhip way beyond what stats indicate.
Fisher may be a bum in the twilight of his career but obviously he still brings something to the table.
Forgot that one tbh. Currently kicking myself.

Count this Laker fan as someone who respects Derek Fisher, never bad mouths him and understands his role on the team.
Last June, Game 3 in Boston....
Who was playing and who wasn't?
Tony Parker? Nope.
Manu Ginobili? No way.
Jason Terry? Lol
Derek Fisher. And he played great. Thanks D Fish for the memories!
Is that the one that they started the shot clock too late and ed us over?
I didn't read through the whole list...but what is absolutely hilariously insanely funny to me is that Fish has more rings than everyone on that list combined....( if u take Shaq out)![]()
You won't get much argument from me about Fisher's overall body of work. He's not a good NBA player.
But he's substantially better in the playoffs and has consistently raised his game postseason after postseason. Check his TS% of .517 for regular season, .553 for postseason career. He's had some amazing postseason shooting runs, plenty north of .600... love him or hate him (plenty of Laker fans hate him), the guy just plain shoots and plays better when the defenses are better and the pressure is higher.
Dumbass. I know that. But only Fisher can make the clock start late.
Why would a Spur fan make this thread?
ing idiot...
Negative win share and PER in 1st season

Because he's an idiot.
hey here is something my can do:

Goddamn laker fans can be re ed on here. Tbh most spur fans aren't far behind, but laker fan just does it on purpose.
The point is the Lakers are so good that they can win despite having a ing cadaver like Fish starting for them; if they had a decent point guard they would be way, way better. But instead they credit Fisher, and act like they won because of him, not in spite of him.
FAIL.
Complete BULL .
Los Angeles has better resources. The Jules Stein Eye Ins ute in Los Angeles is ranked #5 for Ophthalmology.
The University of Utah's Eye center is ranked #95.
Yeah I'm sure Fisher wanted to treat his daughter's life threatening medical condition by going to the 95th ranked provider.

haha, poor little one.
pain: that which does not kill you just makes your asshole tougher.
Fish really hurt these s feelings...helping Kobe win more les and ...Fish's performance these last to finals is worth more than anything Nash, D Will, or CP3 have brought to the table..No way Tony Parker would have been able to bang like a real ing man with Ray Allen...

Can you count?
Just skimming the list, as a lackadaisical casual fan I see Pierce, Rondo, Allen, Garnett, Nazr and Stephen Jackson on the list.
And I'm guessing there are another 10 reserves on that list that have won rings on the bench.
I know you love your trolling, but that's pretty weak.

More rings than the Spurs, all by himself.
