With the Spurs D recently you have to give it to L.A, although the gap is closer than some laker fans like to think it is.

    lol rockets

The way Battier crossed over Kobe and won the game for them, you just have to think they're favored, tbh

the 32yr old is just a prime version of bruce bowen tbh, Kobe suffers low FG% everytime he faces battier's defense.

I gotta go with the Hornets. Once CP3 is 100% healthy and they establish Thornton in the rotation, they will be unbeatable.

so just hope the Jazz finally get the 8th seed with Lakers & spurs ending 1st and 2nd seeds. Utah will give tough matches to any team imo.

Regardless of how things have progressed thus far, come playoff time the Lakers will be the team to beat. They are the 2-time defending champs for a reason.

The jazz that will curb stomp the mavericks, if they managed to get out of the first round, of course.

A healthy Mavs team will easily beat the Jazz. Won't be close.

I don't think any of the top 3 are legit contenders this season(so far), but right now, you would have to go:

    1. LA
    2. San Antonio
    3. Dallas

The Lakers deserve respect, since they are the defending champs, and their size is still the biggest issue for other teams..

Spurs need to find consistent D, and Mavs need to find a #2 option..

Excuse rayj he's a little bitter at the moment.

I think a Mavs/ Jazz series would be very interesting but I like our size advantage against a smaller Utah team.
